The FGS Dental plan is offered through DELTA as a PPO/Primier Plan


The FGS Employer Plan, the company’s 401(k) plan, features matching company contributions. FGS will match employee contributions dollar for dollar up to 4% of eligible pay.


The FGS SPB (Sales Performance Bonus) offers employees the ability to aquire a 3% service bonus on services only for contracts awarded with companies not affliated with FGS.  What that means is the employee can earn 3% of the daily service charge for every job established for as long as the employee is contracted with FGS.  Best of all is we supply the sales presentations and the staffing if the contract is awarded.​

We are currently looking to hire both entry level and experienced candidates for wellsite mudlogging, onsite geosteering, and geochemical mudlogging.  Candidates must have a BS/BA degree in the geologic sciences or equivalent.  You must be drug and alcohol free. Those that drive a 4WD vehicle are preferred, ​but it is not necessary.  Those with Permian and Delaware Basin experience a plus.
